These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grovio mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided by Grovio ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction where different) to use Grovio. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
To access most features of Grovio, you must create an account. You agree to:
Grovio offers both free and paid subscription tiers.
Free Tier. Limited access to content and features.
Grovio Premium. Full access to all tracks, lessons, and premium features.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected subscription tier.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Grovio does not process cancellations directly — cancellations must be made through the platform you used to subscribe.
Refunds. Refund requests are governed by the policies of Apple or Google, whichever processed your payment. Grovio does not issue refunds directly.
Free Trials. Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends.
Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the next renewal period.

All content within Grovio — including lessons, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, audio, and software — is owned by Grovio or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.
Grovio may allow you to create certain content within the App (such as commitments, notes, or shared cards). You retain ownership of content you create. By creating such content, you grant Grovio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the App's services to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Grovio does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Educational content in Grovio is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are responsible for how you apply the content of any lesson.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grovio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to Grovio in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grovio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will continue to apply.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@groviolearn.com or through your account settings in the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent changes.
